with sugar snap pea fried rice
Black bean and ginger marinated sliced beef flame-kist in the Wok at 750 degrees. We then twice cook Jasmine rice in a crisp touch of sesame oil with carrots, julienned bell peppers, scallion, soy and a wisp of spiced rice wine vinegar. Our rice is then lightly tossed with scallion, egg and ginger. The dish is bright, delicious, beautiful and Butcher approved. $10.00
